I just bought this and delivery was quick on 12/16/21. I have plantar fasciitis and this gave me great relief soonest I used it. The product is of high quality. I got the extra firm density and it's perfect. It doesn't hurt, the pressure is good. The construction is similar to the high density back foam rollers but they made it for the feet and you can also use it on your arm or wrist for tired hands! I love how the roller has thick grooves compared to the pointed ones from a roller ball. It does feel like you're being massaged with a knuckle. I love this and highly recommend. It's made for athletes, marathoners so rest-assured it gives relief for foot recovery. I wear size 8 women and the roller works well. I use it while sitting at my work desk and standing up is actually better to put more pressure. Packaging was intact, sealed and well packed, clean and definitely unused new item.Disclaimer: your results may vary. However, this thing just rocks. I had a bout of plantar fasciitis where I could barely walk and I was using a cane. I had scheduled an appointment with a podiatrist but I decided to give this a shot. ONE quick session with this thing and I didn't even need the podiatrist at all. That was at least a month ago and the pain hasn't returned. If my feet feel a little sore I do a few really quick passes with it again. I honestly can't believe it - this is the closest thing I've experienced to a legit miracle. To the folks that make this thing: THANK YOU!Omg this thing is literally the best thing. I used it for the first time in my Pilates class and I went on Amazon to buy one RIGHT after class. You don’t know how much work your feet do and how much your feet deserve a massage until you roll them on this. It’s SO easy and if you’re sensitive to pressure on your feet, DONT WORRY cause you control that. I work from home so when I’m at the desk I’m rolling on this and switching off. It helps keep blood flow going and it feels great! If you need extra pressure, I stand and lean into the rolls. Just roll your feet to the side to get the outer edge of your foot and turn your knee in a little for the arch. Best purchase ever!!!I have terrible issues with plantar fasciitis and scar tissue in my left foot. I can tell you that this thing hurts like crazy when you use it but if you stick with it you will absolutely feel relief. This isn't going to fix all your problems but it certainly loosened things up for me and gave me back some flexibility in my foot and help pain after exercise. Definitely give this a try but know that it's going to hurt and you have to use it regularly to see results.Good. It helpedI have low arches and do lots of walking and standing at my job while wearing non slip shoes. It was required in my workstation no exceptions. Before all this I was wearing running shoes for a year before entering the food business. After six months noticing a mild pain in my arches and figured it would go away. I was wrong, the pain gradually got worst over a two month period, at that time I knew something was wrong. With the power of the internet narrowing down my symptoms discovering plantar fasciitis. Found this roller massager had it shipped to my house real quick and well packaged. Mine is the extra firm model and when they say firm... It's firm. This is my personal preference, 7-8 minutes and an additional minute on the other foot with more pain. I noticed off the bat when you roll your foot you can feel the blood flow and sense of relief, this was a well thought out design. After using it two days a week for one month the pain DID go away plus additional support in my work shoes. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is dealing with plantar fasciitis or other feet related injury. I hope you found this review helpful.I have minor foot pains, but intense plantar fascitis and after reading reviews from users who have this too and have felt results, I wanted to try this out.The product is good, but I would not say it's great- which led to creating my 4 out of 5 stars.A con for this product is the ability to withstand pressure placed on it; I put all the weight of my body onto the roller and rolled my feet and I am 4'11, 135 pounds and the roller did not feel secure at all- it felt very wobbly. I do love the design of this trigger point tool though, and am a huge fan of this brand! My pro for this product is that I did roll this onto the plantar of my feet for about 10 minutes each foot and my tendons and muscles felt so much at ease and relaxed and de-pressureized, which was my purpose for purchasing the product!I would recommend this to, but would maybe consider buying the extra firm one (black colored, not orange). If you have pain in your feet from standing too long, this helps out a lot. I don't know about having medical issues but if you're sore from workouts, running, being overweight, or just plain standing at work, this thing is a blessing. It helps my feet recover sooner from soreness and it feels pretty good while I use it. If you have small enough legs, you can use it on your calves and thighs too. I'm a big guy so I use it on feet, arms, calves, and top of my legs. Can't use it on my hamstrings. Would recommend as a pain reliever and sore muscle recovery. Just don't expect miracles.I didn't realise How much I needed this foot roller until I got it.I own a few Trigger point products, and they are all quality items. This is a great product, and very well made. Solid and sturdy. After a few minutes of use I can really feel the difference. The pain in my heels melted away. It's also useful for rolling on forearms. The only downside of the roller was that it was slipping all over the place as I have a hard floor Amtico. I fixed this very easily by placing a foam play mat square underneath. The type that those foam garden kneelers are made from.I've tried cheaper rollers, this is far superior as its weighted so allows good rolling. I did take a star off as the wheels are a but solid so not as good on hardfloors or low pile would prefer a more rubberised wheel.I was torn between this and the harder black, have no doubts you will feel this working! Unlike cheaper brands it has informative instructions, albeit a foot roller good to have detail. Its good quality, build very solid. The design is a bit like something out of a futuristic movie. And that is to me a big plus. The plastic sides does slip around wooden floors, so the only way to use it is to stand directly on top of it so it dont go to the side.I guess i hoped for a more rubbery feel to the sides. It works perfect on a carpet though. For me, and again this is personal i was hoping for a bit more spiked experience. even when i'm standing right on top of it i don't feel it that much.So if you are looking for a deep foot massage this might not be the thing for you.Very good product overall. Build construction is excellent quality and the foam is much firmer than on the Grid roller. It's quite easy to use while sitting at your desk which is quite handy. It doesn't slip around as much as a tennis ball for example. If you've got the money, there's no reason not to buy it.If you're on the fence about the product in general or the price, probably just stick to the tennis ball. This product is excellent. This will kneed your feet and is a reflexological dream. Would have preferred a softer rubber compound for the wheels as is slides a little on laminate, but I solved that by laying a tea towel down. Would also love alternate options with softer foam and smaller massage knobs but as is, on of my favourite home massagers!
