SWAG Off Road's Tubing Roller Dies Compatible With Harbor Freight Tube Roller When you purchase the Harbor Freight Tubing roller it comes with three roller die sets, 1.0" 1.5" and 2.0" round tube dies. If you are looking for additional tubing roller dies for the Harbor Freight tubing roller and or the HULK tubing roller you have came to the right spot. As it currently stands we have 66 different sizes of dies available. We stock round tube dies, square dies, round pipe dies as well as a universal edge roller dies set for rolling flat bar on edge, cap rail dies and dies for rolling square on edge in a diamond shape. These dies are also compatible with our HULK tubing roller. In addition we also offer a full line of Delrin dies in round tube, round pipe and square sizes. Delrin dies are well suited for aluminum, copper, brass, and chrome finished where abrasion or scratches on the material are not acceptable. Each die set is 100% CNC machined out of 1018 steel for a precise fit. Every die set includes two outer driven rollers, one center drive roller. The SWAG machined 4130 cromoly premium drive axle is required and must be used with our dies. One drive axle is compatible with every die set we produce, hence you will only need one axle regardless of how many die sets you own. The drive axles as well as the center drive rollers are now broached and keyed. Using the key way will eliminate the hassle of constantly tightening the set screws and trying to keep the "wobble" out of the center drive roller. The drive axle has 4 machined flats for the crank wheel which increases the grip and reduces premature wear. NOTE: Tube rolling is a bit of an art; where time and patience is your friend. Due to so many operator controlled variables, Dies will not be replaced if damaged or destroyed. One drive axle is compatible with every die set we produce, hence you will only need one axle regardless of how many die sets you own. ___________________________________ Available H.F Tube Roller Upgrades: __________________________________ SWAG Weld On Wings If you have used this tubing roller previously then you know how difficult it can be when rolling tubing that is 1.5" in dia or larger or anything with a wall section of 1/8". The Weld on Wings reduce the total effort required for rolling tube an honest ~50%. This is because they extend the total width of the bottom rollers 6" for the first hole and 12" for the second hole. The further out the outer two rollers are the easier it is for you to roll your material. SWAG Electric Drive / Bottle Jack Kit The Harbor Freight Tubing roller is in a league of its own based on one simple principle.....value. For ~ 180 bucks you can purchase the HF tubing roller which includes the machine and three roller die sets, 1.0" 1.5" and 2.0" round tube dies. However at such a value there is definitely room for improvement. The ACME all thread used to adjust the down pressure will eventually strip out, this kit allows you to use a Harbor Freight 4 ton bottle jack (#66450) , and electric Pipe Threader (#62203) . The Fully Upgraded Harbor Freight Roller You will notice in the picture above that we have both our kits installed. The wings are highly recommended in conjunction with the electric drive / bottle jack kit for one reason. We have modified the tubing roller far beyond it's original design intent and the weld on wings reduce the amount of stress on the center drive axle, bearings and roller dies, it also reduces premature wear on the electric pipe threader.
