Gorgeous color. Yellowish gold with a sparkly metallic shimmer. Really durable and a huge upgrade from the thin stock laces on my Moxi Rainbow Riders.They are beautiful addition to my new roller skates. I have the blue Chaya Love is Love skates and wanted new laces. I loved these on. I got the 96. I think I may look to purchase the next length up, I like my laces longer to wrap around the ankle part of my skate boot.MY DERBY GIRLS, THESE ARE IT! ever jam and feel your boot wiggle your ankle? not anymore. these laces are so so grippy. i don’t have to worry about these snapping while i tie my skates (has happened before.) my jacksons are a 7 1/2, bought the 60, worried about not having enough room, and came out just fine. fast shipping, free sticker, and the sweetest letter from the shipper.Love these laces which add class to my ice skating boots and I couldn't find within the UK!The only downfall is theyre not really made for ice skating boots. More of a fashion item.They're stiff but likely just needs worn in. Also completely my fault for not measuring the length as it was a bit short for my daughter's skates but it still works and looks great. Thanks so much Derby Laces!!!I’ve ran dozens of trail miles using these. They are ‘slick’ n rigid, and will definitely come undone with a standard tying of your shoes. You simply have to tie ‘stopper’ knots (just like you would with the drawstring in your gym shorts) at the right spot to prevent the open ends from slipping through. That’s it. Prob not the best in an actual competition or race.Otherwise, they are wide and shiny. Many reviews mention color bleeding; my gold laces discolored themselves from one 4-hour car ride in the rear window. They still work of course. Better than any round lace.
