We have no idea how 5 rollers vanished from the dishwasher in our son's apartment, but these rollers fixed the problem. They seem to be equal in quality to the ones that came with the dishwasher. That's not to say they are of the highest quality, just equal to what was there. The plastic clip on one of the rollers broke during installation. I could have rigged it up to work, but since we had some of the old ones, we just saved it as a spare. I gave these 5 stars since they are equal to the originals. Do check your dishwasher model and part numbers since there seem to be several different rollers.
